Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to seidocookware.co.uk (the "Site"). The Site is operated by B & C Enterprises Ltd, trading as SEIDO Cookware, a company registered in England and Wales, Company No. 13445334, with its registered office at Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU, United Kingdom.

By using the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. This Site Does Not Sell Products

The Site is an information site. There is no checkout, no customer account and no payment here, and the Site shows no prices.

Buttons such as "See price on Amazon" take you to Amazon.co.uk. Any purchase you make there is made under Amazon's Conditions of Use & Sale and the other terms shown on Amazon.co.uk, not under these terms. Amazon takes the order and the payment, delivers it and handles returns.

If anything on the Site differs from the Amazon.co.uk listing when you buy, please rely on the listing, and tell us about the difference so that we can correct it.

3. Product Information

We work to keep the content on the Site accurate and up to date, but product details can change.

Nothing on the Site is professional advice. Cooking guidance, care instructions and similar content are general information only. Always follow the safety and use-and-care instructions that come in the box.

4. 5-Year Limited Warranty

SEIDO Cookware products carry a 5-Year Limited Warranty. That warranty is separate from these Terms of Use and is set out on our warranty page. Nothing in these terms changes or limits it.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos and trade marks, belongs to B & C Enterprises Ltd or its licensors.

You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish or use our content or trade marks for any other purpose without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Scrape, copy or reuse Site content in a way that misrepresents us or our products.
  • Interfere with the Site's operation or security.

8. Availability of the Site

We make the Site available without charge. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time.

This section applies to the Site only. Nothing here limits the 5-Year Limited Warranty on our products or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Our Responsibility to You

If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if both you and we knew it might happen when you used the Site.

The Site is for home and private use. If you use it for any business purpose, we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings about them in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

11. Changes and Contact

These terms are effective from 12 October 2026. We may update them from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date. The terms that apply are the ones in force when you use the Site.
