Before First Use
Wash your cookware with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly before first use.
Daily Cleaning
Allow the pan to cool before washing. Use warm water and a soft sponge. Dishwasher safe, but hand washing extends the life of the finish.
Removing Stubborn Residue
For stuck-on food, soak in warm soapy water for 15 minutes. For discolouration, a paste of bicarbonate of soda and water works well.
Storage
Stack with a soft cloth or pan protector between pieces to avoid scratches.
