Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

SEIDO Cookware wants everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or a keyboard alone. Accessibility is part of how we build seidocookware.co.uk, not something we add later.

Under the Equality Act 2010, businesses that provide services to the public must make reasonable adjustments for disabled people. If something on this site does not work for you, tell us and we will do what we reasonably can to help.

Our standard

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We state it as a target, not a certification. This version of the site is new and has not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so our honest position is that it is partially conformant: we work to meet the standard, and some content may not meet it yet. We work towards full conformance as the site develops.

What we do

Practices we build to:

• Semantic HTML, so that headings, landmarks, lists and buttons carry real meaning for assistive technology.
• Text alternatives on meaningful images.
• Keyboard navigation: every link, button and menu can be reached and operated without a mouse.
• Sufficient colour contrast between text and its background.
• No flashing content in the content we create.

Known limitations

Where we embed content served by other companies, it may not fully meet our target, and we cannot always change it. Some older images may lack complete text alternatives while we finish our review.

Our products are sold on Amazon.co.uk, whose pages we do not control. If anything there stops you finding what you need to know about our products, email us and we will help.

Feedback

If something on this site is hard or impossible for you to use, tell us. Email customerservice@seidocookware.co.uk with the page address and a short description of the barrier. We reply within 5 working days, and your reports set the priority order for our fixes.

If you need information from this site in another format, such as plain text or large print, ask at the same address and we will do our best to provide it.

Effective date and review

This statement is effective from 12 October 2026. We review it as the site changes and update it whenever our practices or conformance status change.
